He brings pure outdoor cycling to the indoors by biking to the beat and riding to the rhythm with cadence and resistance and zero calisthenics on the bike. Working as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and a Fire Chaplain, Kirby also integrates Positive Psychology into his rides.
